Our Matured Iced Top Fruit Loaf Cake is a rich, traditional fruit cake made with 50% fruit content for a wonderfully full flavour.
Handcrafted in our Lincolnshire bakery using a recipe we’ve been perfecting since 1972, it’s packed with sultanas and citrus peel with brandy, then baked low and slow and carefully matured to develop its wonderfully moist texture and rich, traditional flavour.
Finished with a layer of marzipan and smooth sugar icing, and serving up to 20 portions, it’s a beautiful seasonal addition to any café counter
