The order process is very simple. Once you have an account set up, you will be given a set order and delivery day. Each week you can choose your bakes and then order over the phone or via email. To set up an account, please contact us today on 01522 694411.

For online nationwide customers, simply place your order via our website. We require a minimum order of 4 items and offer free next-day delivery.

We have a minimum order of 3 items for delivery. If it's less than 3 items, we charge a delivery fee of £10.

You are not required to place an order every week, should you not need cakes.

To ensure the best shelf life, display bakes at room temperature or a bit cooler. Refrigerated units will dry them out, so display them in a glass cabinet or under a dome away from direct sunlight.

When purchasing cake domes we recommend an approximate size of 32cm x 30cm.

All of our bakes can be frozen with no loss of flavour or quality if stored in an airtight
container. You should freeze bakes on the day you receive them if possible and
they can be frozen for up to 6 months.

When you receive them, either keep them in the box for freezing or transfer them to an
airtight container or cake dome. All of our cakes are best kept ambient and have a
shelf life of 2 weeks. They can be frozen for up to 6 months and will defrost within 4 hours.

All allergen information is available on the box when delivered. You can also find a copy of this underneath each item on our website.

Brownies- up to 15 slices

Flapjacks- Up to 15 slices

A copy of your invoice will be attached with your delivery note and it includes our bank details for a direct transfer. Please ensure to state your business name as the payment reference.

Alternatively, you can pay cash on delivery with one of our Original Cake Company delivery drivers who will mark your invoice as paid on the day.

The final option is to pay through the link which will be sent digitally with your emailed invoice.
