The Original Cake Cafe – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with The Original Cake Cafe, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Order Processing & Amendments
  We process many orders promptly, often on the same day they are placed.
  If your order is for a future delivery date and has not yet been dispatched, we will usually be able to make amendments. However, once an order has been processed for dispatch, amendments or cancellations may not be possible unless expressly approved by a member of our team.
• Quality Concerns & Incorrect Orders
  If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual high standards, we may require supporting evidence (see below) so we can assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, this MUST be within 24 hours of delivery. Images needed: Image of Cake(s), Image of Box, Image of Shipping Box, Image of Label
• Refunds & Returns
  As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns due to food hygiene and safety regulations.
  Refunds or replacements will only be considered where a product is proven to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, as verified by our team through the required evidence.
• Delivery & Courier Liability
  We use trusted third-party couriers for delivery across the UK. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the delivery lies with the courier.
  We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, the recipient not being available to receive the parcel, or courier operational issues such as weather or transport disruptions.
  Where delivery delays or damage occur, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue wherever possible, but resolutions are subject to courier policies and investigations.
• Order before 1pm for next working day delivery - Orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. Next working day delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and excludes bank holidays. While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, these remain subject to courier services and circumstances outside our control.
• Discount Codes

The Introductory Offer discount code is an introductory offer designed to give new customers the opportunity to try our products. The codes provides 30% off your first order, 20% off your second order and 10% off your third order only.
The code can only be redeemed once per customer, based on both the registered email address and delivery address. Multiple uses of the code to the same household or business address, or by the same individual under different email addresses, are not permitted.
If we have reason to believe the code has been used more than once by the same customer, or that the order is not a genuine first order, we reserve the right to cancel and not process the order.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or voucher.
