Our award-winning Matured Brandy Fruit & Nut Loaf Cake is a rich, traditional fruit cake made with more than 50% fruit content and soaked in brandy for a wonderfully festive flavour.
Handcrafted in Lincolnshire using a recipe we’ve been perfecting since 1972, it’s packed with sultanas and mixed peel, baked low and slow, then carefully matured to develop its wonderfully moist texture and rich flavour. Generously finished with glacé cherries and flaked almonds.
Serving up to 20 portions, it’s a fantastic seasonal addition to any café counter.
