Our Genoa Fruit Loaf Cake is a generously sized, traditional all-butter fruit cake, packed with sultanas and cherries and enriched with the warming flavours of brandy, treacle and mixed spice.
Handcrafted using quality ingredients, it’s baked low and slow, then carefully matured to develop its wonderfully moist texture and rich, traditional flavour. Generously finished with glacé cherries, flaked almonds, pecans and walnuts.
Serving up to 20 portions, it’s a fantastic addition to any café counter and perfect served alongside a hot tea or coffee.
