NGCI (Non-Gluten Containing Ingredients) means this cake is made without any gluten-containing ingredients.
However, it is produced in a bakery that also handles gluten-containing products. While we take every precaution to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten will not be present.
For this reason, this product is not suitable for individuals with coeliac disease or severe gluten allergies.
