Our Slow Matured Genoa Fruit Loaf Cake is a wonderfully indulgent all-butter fruit cake, generously packed with succulent sultanas and cherries and enriched with the deep, warming flavours of brandy, treacle and mixed spice.
Made with quality ingredients, every slice is bursting with rich fruit and buttery goodness, while the treacle and spice add a delicious depth and warmth that makes this traditional cake feel especially luxurious.
Baked in the early part of 2026, each loaf is baked low and slow, then carefully matured, giving the flavours plenty of time to deepen, mellow and come together beautifully while creating an irresistibly moist, rich and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
The indulgence continues with a generous topping of glossy glacé cherries, flaked almonds, pecans and walnuts, adding layers of sweetness, crunch and nuttiness to every slice.
